Shenmue 1 and 2 coming to PSN and XBLA
Posted on March 16, 2012 by OG

There had been rumors circulating that Sega was going to release a HD version of Shenmue 1 and 2 digitally, but now it's official.  A source with Sega confirmed with Gamerzines that the games have been ready for more than a year.  The source also explained that the games have not been released due to Sega trying to figure out whether there would be a Shenmue 3 or not.  Fans of the games will surely be excited by the news.  Speaking for myself as a guy who was never that excited over the games, I'd be willing to jump back in for old time's sake.
