Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge Review
Released originally for the Wii U, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge fixed some of the issues with Ninja Gaiden 3. Did Razor’s Edge add enough content to warrant a disc re-release or is it just repackaging of last year’s game?

Tomb Raider Review
After several games of the same formula, the Tomb Raider series is getting a reboot. Crystal Dynamics is showing that even if a series is successful, there are times that you need to go to the beginning and start from scratch. I'm so happy that they did just that.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch Review
Now what do you get when you combined the JRPG pedigree that Level-5 is known for, with the storytelling art and music that has made Studio Ghibli a household name? You get Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.

Crysis 3 Review
Crysis 3 is easily one of the most anticipated games of 2013. Does the next installment live up to expectations or is it a pretty shell for a mediocre FPS game?

Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires Review
The Empire series has always been a guilty pleasure. The problem is, that there are so many of these titles that I wonder if Dynasty Warriors 7 Empires will wow me, or if it will be just as forgettable as Dynasty Warriors 3.

Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 Review
The manliest man in all of anime and manga is back to rain down his rage once again in Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2. One would think that since the first game only covered half of the source material, the sequel would cover the second half. This isn’t the case as Tecmo Koei has decided to do a “do over” and start the game from scratch.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Review
When it was revealed that the next entry into the Metal Gear franchise on home consoles was Metal Gear Rising: Revengance and that it would be later to be revealed as Raiden, fans went into frenzy. They even got more riled up when Kojima said that development would be done by Bayonetta and Mad World developer Platinum Games. This was definitely a bold move, but was it a bad call?

XCOM: Enemy Unknown Review
Developed by Firaxis as the studio’s first departure from a game created by Sid Meier, these guys are known for some of the deepest strategy experiences available in video games. Known for the Civilization series, they take their experience from their years of work on Civilization to work on a rebirth of the XCOM franchise. Can this wealth of experience bring new life to the series on the current consoles?

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Review
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron tells the story of the last days of Cybertron through the eyes of the Autobots & Decepticons. The single-player campaign is an enjoyable experience includes some good action sequences, but it’s nothing special for hardcore Transformer fans while newcomers to the series from the Shia LaBeouf trilogy can jump in knowing about a third of the characters. Outside of the campaign, there’s also a great multiplayer that’s completely unexpected!

Far Cry 3 Review
“Do you know the definition of…”, ah hell, is it really worth repeating? After countless ads pegging Far Cry 3 for the theme of “insanity”, I’m happy to share it fits the title perfectly, but sadly, I’m not quite sure in the way the developers intended.

Legasita Review
Legasista, in Japan, received a disc release and from early trailers to Japanese gameplay video, it looked to be a game that everyone wanted to play. It gained enough interest that NISA decided to bring it over to the US in digital form. Was it worth getting the game as a digital download or will Legasista join the group of games that should have just stayed overseas?

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Review
Meet Sonic, his friends, and a plethora of symbolic Sega characters from the last 20 years as they duke it out in the gentleman's sport of competitive racing, with a twist Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. As a whole, it's an unique spin on the cart racing genre. The question is whether these new features are game sellers, or cheap gimmicks?

Mugen Souls Review
Ever wondered why heroes do the things they do in RPGs? Or why female characters are made to wear the skimpiest armor? Compile Heart is back to answer those questions and more. The last time we saw these two developers was in HyperDimension Neptunia Mk 2., parodying and poking fun at the video game industry. This time they are taking a look at video games themselves, RPGs in particular, with their new game Mugen Souls.

There is a saying that goes “Bigger is better”. But is that the case with Skylanders Giants, or is it just another victim of Activision’s milking ways?

Black Ops II Review
Another year, another Call of Duty. Black Ops II is the sequel to 2010’s Call of Duty game, Black Ops, developed by Treyarch who has done their share of games in the franchise right behind Infinity Ward. Does Black Ops II have enough “new” to keep the series from going stale or is this just another entry for a series that’s been milked way too much?

Going back to visit classic Bond moments through Daniel Craig, 007 Legends reminisces on the eve of the latest Bond film Skyfall. Does the newest installment in the Bond video game library stand a chance of being remembered? Maybe by classic Bond fans, but not by many.

Of Orcs and Men Review
Traditional role-playing games have always contrasted from the fantasy era of literature with goblins and orcs. Some of the greatest stories ever told have been through that medieval fantasy of a world riddled with wars between human, orcs, goblins & elves but Of Orcs and Men just stands as another title in the genre.

Resident Evil 6 Review
With the release of Resident Evil 6, Capcom has been given a new chance. Once again using what made Resident Evil 4 great, they've mixed in some of the things that put previous installments on the map. Now with branching campaigns, Resident Evil 6 hopes to bring in both fans of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4. A respectable attempt, but forgive me for being skeptical.

Nights Into Dreams Review
Many of us who grew up with the Sega Saturn will remember Nights Into Dreams. While it was a short game (players could easily beat it in an hour), it was one of those titles that made the Sega Saturn worth buying. Now, as a downloadable title for the PSN and Xbox 360 players can become nostalgic as they live through one of their childhood favorites.

Dishonored Review
After Dishonored was announced, I wasn't especially excited for it. The game had a Steampunk look to it and featured some interesting action elements to it, but it looked like an all style with no substance game that was made for those with a hard-on for Steampunk. That all changed after I played a demo for the game at E3 in June. I went from being a cynic to being a fan.
