Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact Review
It’s only been about four or five months since the last Naruto Shippuden game had been released for the PSP and here’s another one. This release, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Impact, comes back to the Ultimate Ninja series of games. Like Kizuna Drive, Namco and Cyber2Connect changed up the style of the game from its fighting origins.

Corpse Party Review
Corpse Party, the first PSP visual novel to come to the US from Japan. Published by 5pb., and developed by Team GrisGris, American localization publisher XSEED thought that this game would be a great addition to their library. As it is already at a disadvantage for being in a genre that few gamers have experienced and with the PSP on its way out, can Corpse Party show us what we have been missing or will it fade away and die a gruesome death like its characters?

Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom Review
PSP owners in the West get their first taste of otome games with Hakuoki Demon of the Fleeting Blossom. Is it an epic story of the final days of the Shinsengumi, or the Japanese version of Twilight? Get in touch with your maiden side and find out.

Gungnir Review
With the onset of the PS Vita, most people would think that PSP games would start to slow down and stop coming out, with developers favoring the Vita. That isn’t the case however, as JRPGs of all kinds have been finding their way to the PSP and into the hands of Western gamers. One of those games that made it over in this final year or so of the PSP’s lifespan is Gungnir.

Can an all-star cast of JRPG developers come together to make a great dungeon crawler?

Elminage Original Review
Time and time again, I am surprised by the PSP. As soon as the well seems to be dry and there are no more new games for the system, I am met with newly localized games all the way from Japan. Most of the PSP games that have been coming in are JRPGs (Japanese role-play games), in particular dungeon crawlers such as Elminage Original.

Corpse Party: Book of Shadows Review
2011 saw the release of Corpse Party, a PSP title that took everyone by surprise. It changed the way the average gamer saw visual novels, and brought the genre to the attention of mainstream media. The good people at XSEED decided that we weren’t scared enough and brought over Corpse Party: Book of Shadows from Japan.

Black Rock Shooter: The Game Review
After years of delays, Black Rock Shooter: The Game final gets released here in the U.S. Is it too late for the game or will the game make new fans of the franchise?
