
The RPG Fanatic was able to get this exclusive interview with Japanese animation director Shinichi "Nabeshin" Watanabe when he attended San Japan 4TW in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Watanabe has directed such works as Tokyo Pig, Excel Saga, Puni Puni Poemy, Nerima Daikon Brothers, Tenchi Muyo! GXP, Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (known as The Wallflower in the US), and Lupin III: Da Capo of Love: Fujiko's Unlucky Days.
In this interview we get his thoughts on Lupin III, internet piracy, the streaming of anime, the influence of Osamu Tezuka and Tokyo Youth Ordinance Bill 156.
