Why Ubisoft is Wrong for Having No Female Assassins in Assassin's Creed: Unity

The big controversy at E3 is the lack of female assassin's in Ubisoft's next Assassin's Creed game. Assassin's Creed:  Unity is the first co-op game in the series, but the developer decided to not have any female assassin's because it would be too much work. I have to say that the excuse doesn't really work for me.
