The Saints take over the Instant Game Collection in this week's Playstation Plus update
Posted on June 17, 2013 by

It's the third week of summer and the Plus games just keep on rolling. But before we get to this week's Plus update a few announcements. Last week was E3 week we were out getting as much coverage as we can. So for those who missed out on last week the following games are now a part of the IGC when you first sign up for Plus:

  • XCOM Enemy Unknown
  • Uncharted 3
  • LittleBig Planet

These games will remain on the IGC for at least a year, just like the previous games that were replace. As for the weekly game, point and click game Machinarium has made its way to the IGC last week as part of the monthly rotation. Now leaving the IGC will be Soul Calibur Broken Destiny. As for sales ending, last week saw a bunch of games go on sale for E3 week. When the store updates tomorrow those sales will be over. So if you haven't downloaded the PSP Soul Calibur or bought into last week's sales, there is still time to do so. Now onward to this week's Plus update.

Before we see the Saint take over the White House in Saints Row IV later this year, watch the Saints take over the mean streets of Steelport in Saints Row The Third. With a world filled with luchadors, emo/techno punks, and everyone's favorite host Professor Geki, Saints Row The Third is sure to keep everyone busy till August.

In the world of Gods Eater Burst, creatures known as the Aragami are plaguing mankind. You are a part of an elite force that welds the God Arcs. This weapon is the only weapon that is effective against the Aragami and has the power to eater them and absorb their powers. This is a great alternative for Monster Hunter fans who want a story that is a bit more in depth. The game is for the PSP but will work on the Vita as well.

There are no sales this week due to last week's E3 sales.

That wraps up this week's update. Remember to download any games that are leaving the IGC or buy any sale items before all of them get turned off in tomorrow's update.
