When L.A. Noire was released in 2011, the facial animation technology developed by Depth Analysis called MotionScan, blew people away on how lifelike it made the characters. In a gag reel for the game released by Depth Analysis, you can see how advance this technology really is at it catches the voice actor’s faces as they flub their lines.
