An Editor’s Farewell
Posted on November 10, 2012 by

After fifty-nine reviews, a few dozen podcasts, a handful of videos, three E3s, and (ugh) one steering wheel, the time has come for me to hang up my editor’s hat here at original-gamer.com.  It has been a fun ride, but as my own projects take up more of my time, I am left with less to devote to this site.

It has been my pleasure to help OG and the crew bring you news, reviews and our fairly opinionated views on videog aming over the last two and a half years. Like many of the other smaller video game websites out on the tubes, we put our hearts into what we do.  We don’t do it for swag or for fame or for money.  Seriously, there is no money.  We do it for our love of video games and the desire to see them treated as the new artform that they are. We don’t always get it right, but we always try our best.

I wish OG and the crew the best of luck with the site.  As for me, I have blog entries to post, stories to write, e-books to publish, and of course, video games to play.

Thanks for reading.

I have an Xbox One so yay me!
It's BULLSHIT!
Don't care for the series; let the fanboys get mad over it.
