Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition is unleashed on Sept. 18th

Back in March, news of an enhanced Baldur's Gate appeared with a plan for a Summer release. Although September could be considered Summer, it's close enough for me.
Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is going to include:
- New Adventure: The Black Pits
- New Character: Dorn Il-Khan
- New Character: Neera the Wild Mage
- New Character: Rasaad yn Bashir
- A new collection of player character voice sets
- Native support for high resolution widescreen displays
- Over 400 improvements to the original game
- Improved multiplayer support, with connectivity between all platforms
Currently the plan is to release the game first for Windows, then iPad and Mac OSX with an Android release still to be announced, with a retail price of $19.99.
