Capcom to release Street Fighter X Tekken character DLC early

Amongst the intense matches that are taking place right now at EVO 2K12, Capcom held a panel discussing their plans for the various fighting games they have. One of the games that everyone had a bone to pick with was Street Fighter X Tekken and the issue of the 12 locked characters on disc being sold as DLC. They have announced that the character DLC pack will be released ealier ahead of the SF X T Vita release for $20. For those who get the Vita version, will be getting the 12 characters and a costume pack for those characters for free and will transfer over to the PS3 version of the game. The DLC pack will release for all platforms on the 31st of this month. This will coincide with the balance update of the current roster.

It could have been better, but I think there's potential.
