Heroes of Ruin was one of the major titles that Nintendo mentioned in its financial report as one of the titles that they will be supporting to drive up sales for the 3DS. Published by Square Enix and developed by n-space, Heroes of Ruin looks to be a pretty solid action RPG that looks to be taking advantage of the 3DS social mechanics:
While Heroes of Ruin doesn’t have that “OMG I HAVE TO BUY THE 3DS NOW!!” vibe to it, the 4-player drop in/drop out multiplayer looks very promising, and again it looks to take advantage of the wi-if capabilities of the 3DS.
