Congress introduces bill to create warning labels on games similar to cigarette labels
Posted on March 20, 2012 by Oscar Gonzalez

Just in time to garner some votes for re-election this year, Rep. Frank Wolf [R-VA] and Rep. Joe Baca [D-CA] introduced a bill to label games in the U.S.  with a warning that says "WARNING: Exposure to violent video games has been linked to aggressive behavior."  This bipartisan bill from the congressmen is a result of what they feel to be a lack of information for the consumer regarding the content within the games.

With good reason, the bill is complete junk seeing that the violent games creates violent behavior theory has been proven false time and time again.  As the case whenever legislation like this comes up or some politician makes a big stink about video games, they're hoping to win some votes from the overly-protective parents out there than think everything in the world is going to harm their child.

What do you think of Elder Scrolls Online

I'm enjoying every minute of it!
It's ok, but there are way too many bugs.
It stinks!
Haven't tried it, but will once the dust settles.
I despise MMORPGs.
