It’s official, Resident Evil 6 will be out this year
Posted on January 19, 2012 by OG

After a fake teaser trailer came out last TGS, Capcom makes it official that Resident Evil 6 will be coming out this year, November 20th to be precise.  Along with the announcement comes a new trailer featuring Leon S. Kennedy and Chris Redfield   It appears that a global outbreak is happening - that’s zombies not those damn wannabe zombies of RE4 and RE5 – and it’ll take a combined effort to stop it.

Watching the trailer, we can see that there’s a few new moves added to the repertoire of both Chris and Leon along with ability to use some melee weapons.  Not just that, there seems to be tougher zombies here and there.  Is it just me or did Capcom finally realize that there’s a little game called Left 4 Dead that changed the way we looked at zombie games?  As a RE fan, I’m still excited about the game.
