This time, it appears they're pulling out all the stops for the biggest release this year, Modern Warfare 2. However, it appears that the hackers have given a middle finger to the face of Microsoft by putting a leaked version of the game that will be a literal battleground between the modders and Microsoft; Modern Warfare 2.

That's right, this morning torrents sites all over the internet have a new game for pirates to play more than a week before its official release date. Modern Warfare 2 is your typical double-edged sword for the pirates. Play the game early to be the envy of those suckers that don't own a modded Xbox 360, but there's a good possibility of being banned from Xbox Live. Another fight is brewing and hackers have scored a direct hit against Microsoft.
