1986 gave us The Legend Of Zelda, Metroid, and of course, Rampage. A game in which the players take control of a giant monster to destroys cities while surviving an onslaught of military attacks. Remember how you thought to yourself, as your monster shoved another soldier into its mouth, that this would make a great movie? No? Neither did anyone else. Except, however, the people over at New Line Cinema who thought that another movie based on a video game was needed. According to ScreenRant.com, New Line Cinema and producer John Rickard are working together to bring the Midway Classic to the silver screen. Funny thing is that Uwe Boll's only non-critically panned movie was called Rampage.
