Silent Hill takes over 2012
Posted on November 02, 2011 by MikeV

The demonic and dreary town of Silent Hill is set to take over 2012 with the release of three different games. First up is the Silent Hill HD Collection. This collection, coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3, consists of Silent Hill 2 and 3 in full remasted HD and updated FX and voice overs:

The HD Collection is set to come out on January 24.

The next came to come out is the new Silent Hill for the PS Vita, Silent Hill Book of Memories. There isn't really much known about the game, other than you come across a strange book and somehow it transport you to the world of Silent Hill. Maybe this trailer will help explain things:

Lastly to kick off the Spring season, Silent Hill Downpour will be released. Last time we heard from Downpour was when it was announced that it was getting pushed back to 2012. For a quick refresher of what to expect from the newest Silent Hill, check out this trailer:

Out of all the three, Book of Shadows looks to be the most intriguing to me with its four player co-op and story of a book that details everything about your life. Well whatever your tastes might be, Konami has you covered for 2012.
