RUMOR: Playstation Vita dropping in Europe on October 28

IGN has received a Blockbuster UK ad flyer that appears to reveal the Playstation Vita's release date as October 28 in the UK.  When asked for comment, Sony replied by saying the Vita was planeed to have a "phased global release" this holiday season.  Regardless of the exact date, it looks like Sony's new handheld may well be in gamer's hands by the end of the year.  The ad can be viewed at IGN via the link below:
